-General-

Q: Do you have items in stock?
A: We usually have all our items in stock, however in some occasion (Christmas, New year seasons) we may run out of stock. If you need the item imminently please check with us.

 

Q: Do you have any other POS related products?
A: Yes we have many different POS related products. Not limited to MobiPOS. Please contact sale@blueringsystems.com if you need an assitance.

 

 

-Ordering-

Q: How long does it take from ordering to receiving items to my door?
A: We only process our order after we receive the payment in full.  Here are the estimate time to process;

1-2days to process payment.

1-2days to process order and to be dispatched from our warehouse.

2-10 business days to be delivered by courier to your door.

 

-Payment-

Q: What payment options do you have?
A: Currently we only accept Direct debit. For Perth local customers we accept Cash on Delivery.

 

-Shipping-

Q: Which courier do you use?
A: We use Fastway couriers, however in some occasion we may use Australian Post as well.

 

Q: How long does it take to deliver?
A: Delivery time varies by where you live;

Perth Local customers –  1-2 business days

Western Australian  customers – Up to 4 business days

Other states – Up to 10 business days.

Q: Do we get tracking number?
A: Yes we provide every customer with tracking number.

 

-Warranty-

Q: What kind of warranty are we covered by?
A: All our hardware comes with 24 months warranty from the day of purchase. Some items like Printers comes with 36 months warranty.

 

Q: What do we do when the items we receive is faulty?
A: We need to identify when the damage was done and we need details from you to identify this. Please contact us through sales@blueringsystems.com and we will assist you from there.

 

 

-Refund & Return of goods-

Q: I have bought a wrong item. Can I return the item?
A:  We do not accept any return of the goods for purchasing wrong items.  Please be sure you are purchasing the correct items before you check out.  Although we generally do not accept return of the goods but we do accept for wrongly sent items by us.

Q: I want to get refund for my purchases. Can you do that?
A: We accept refunds for only orders which are not yet been shipped, and has not been more than 1 business day from ordering & check outs.
